1. How do I appoint a Lawyer/Avvocato?

We can direct you to Lawyers based either in England or Italy

2. How do I arrange a Mortgage?

The Woolwich Building Society (Banco Woolwich) specializes in lending in Italy and are currently opening new branches. Alternatively we can arrange for an Independent Financial Advisor to call you to discuss your requirements.

3. How do I arrange a Survey?

If the property is being secured by way of a mortgage, then the bank/building society who is loaning the money will organise. Alternatively if you wish for an independent survey we can provide details of suitable surveyors (Geometra).

4. How do I arrange to view a property?

Contact us and we’ll liase with the Estate Agents. When you have viewed the property we’ll contact you again to obtain your comments/opinions, etc.

5. How do I make an offer on a property?

Simply contact us; we’ll take the details of the offer you wish to make and then liase with the Italian Estate Agents.

6. The property we are purchasing requires improvement/modernisation – who do we contact?
